The part above part #10 is the fork spring adapter. Spring twists on to adapter. Fork spring Adapter end with hole is suppose to slide into the fork tube. Some models need that part sanded/dremel down to fit into tube. Part #10 goes over tube and adapter and set pin goes through #10, Fork leg, and fork spring adapter.
