This usually takes 5-10 minutes. Once the authorized address is verified we can then ship out your order. Please note that some credit card companies will not let us verify address's.
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange your item(s). To return or exchange an item simply e-mail us at email@example.com, we will then give you a return authourization number. Box the item(s) and write the return authorization (RA) number on the outside of the box and send it to the address below. There is a 20% restocking charge on all items received up to 15 days, After 15 days of receipt of goods there is no returns. NOTE: There is NO Warranty or No returns on any motor/electrical parts.
Please Note: Upon shipping back your return/exchange to XR50.COM, all items must be in New sellable condition (Same as shipped out in Original packaging) Any items that are used or installed with wear marks are NOT returnable. Also if You return an order that was shipped with free shipping you will not get a full refund. You will receive the purchases price minus shipping charges that we paid to ship out the original order.

Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D's. To ship back your return use UPS or Fed Ex. Therefore, you will automatically have an insured package and proof of delivery. USPS is also okay, but be sure to ask for insurrance and delivery comfirmation.
Shipments to PO Boxes are now accepted. If we are out of an item, we will contact you if there might be something we can substitute it for. You must choose the correct shipment category for your
order (For eg. order with an AK. address must ship - USPS Standard (AK,HI Only)
shipping method or 2nd day air). Otherwise, shipping charges will be changed
for you automatically. Some items may be shipped separate from the original order.
